Do you travel?
Umm.. ABSOLUTLEY.
When does my session start?
Your session starts when the scheduled time occurs. Tardiness of my session will not delay my session. Your session will remain within the scheduled time frame. If you need to reschedule you will need to contact prior to 48 hours notice of said reserved session date, otherwise you forfeit transfer of your retainer for a new session date.
Weather cancellations will be made at the photographers discretions.
Will there be a second shooter?
There is the option of a second shooter with some wedding packages. The basic package does not have a second shooter.
When will I receive my images back?
Standard sessions allow 1-3 weeks, but for weddings allow 4-8 weeks to receive images back.
Do you provide prints?
You can order prints from our gallery site.
When is money due?
30% retainer is due in order to book. Remaining balance is due the day of the session. Money is due on the day of the shoot. If it is a wedding shoot remaining balance is due two weeks before wedding.
Do you have a team?
We are a brother/ sister duo. We will hirer contracted photographers for specific sessions.
Can I get a refund?
All retainers / payments are non refundable.
